Public Welfare & Development Society (PWDS) is a non-governmental organization registered in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Established in 1986, the organization works towards empowering rural and tribal communities through sustainable development initiatives.

PWDS focuses on tribal welfare, agriculture development, livestock support, environmental sustainability, skill development, women empowerment, health awareness, and rural livelihood improvement.
